Her strategy also empowers artists to rise to the top as powerful social media influencers and content creators while dominating the music scene. With these concrete steps, Adriel is not just promising change—she is building a system where everyone involved can succeed.

Her leadership has been inspired by Londell McMillan, renowned lawyer for Michael Jackson and Prince and owner of The Source magazine, who flew in specifically to witness her vision in action, and give her words of mentorship. Adriel has strategically positioned AOMC to back a roster of talented artists, ensuring they are seen by the masses and set up for long-term success. Adriel has learned the how to be successful by working closely with Grammy-Winning Collaborators, Multi-Platinum Producers, Legends and Innovators like Joe Jackson, D’Wayne Wiggins, Tony! Toni! Toné!, Morris Hayes, Aaron Lindsey, Yung Yonny, Tyka Nelson and a multitude of other celebrities in entertainment industry. Shawn Levert, a powerhouse in entertainment and the President of Rhythm Entertainment Group Inc. (REG) — a nationally acclaimed, all-inclusive event management and celebrity booking firm based in Chatsworth, California.

Shawn comes from music royalty — she is the daughter of Eddie Levert from the legendary group "The O’Jays", and sister of Gerald and Shawn Levert from the legendary group "Levert". She has built her own name and legacy in the industry with decades of proven success. Under her leadership, REG has become a trusted name in PR, marketing, talent booking, tour coordination, promotions, casting, artist management, and consulting.

REG is known for delivering world-class entertainment and securing high-profile celebrities, speakers, and sports figures for major appearances and events. The company also offers hands-on artist development — expanding careers into film, TV, voice-over, animation, and print work. Every act is hand-selected to ensure quality, professionalism, and value.

Meet Kenisha Watkins – Creative Production Assistant

Kenisha Watkins is a dynamic force behind the scenes, known for her sharp eye, creative versatility, and ability to bring structure to artistic vision.

With experience rooted in entertainment royalty, Kenisha previously served as an assistant to Sherry Gordy — daughter of the legendary Berry Gordy, founder of Motown Records — during her Las Vegas events. That experience sharpened her skills in high-pressure environments, refined her production instincts, and solidified her commitment to excellence.

Adriel and Kenisha have known each other for over 10 years. Now, as the Creative Production Assistant for Art of Many Colors, Kenisha plays a key role in bringing our bold ideas to life. She supports and collaborates with creative teams, assisting with everything from content creation and project management to administrative coordination, ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and on-time execution across all projects.
